Reflective Practices & Sustainable Coaching Course (Coaching in Practice Series 2027)
Reflective Practices & Sustainable Coaching is a six-hour professional development course exploring how reflection can support coaches and their clients in noticing patterns, integrating learning, making intentional choices, and developing approaches to work and growth that are sustainable over time.
Across three live, interactive sessions, you’ll explore foundational concepts related to reflective practice and sustainability; learn alongside guest expert Karen Gonzalez Rice; and reflect on and practice coaching approaches that help clients slow down, make meaning from their experiences, recognize recurring patterns, and make intentional choices about what they want to continue, change, or release.
The course is designed to help you create space for deeper reflection and learning while supporting clients in considering the relationship between effectiveness, well-being, growth, and sustainability.
Each course includes three live sessions featuring foundational learning, a guest expert conversation, and integration and coaching practice.
The course includes 6 hours of live instruction and is currently pending approval for 6 ICF CCE credits (5 Core Competency + 1 Resource Development).
